Unipro Pre insulated pipe, it offers a high efficiency thermal insulation coupled with the ultimate vapour barrier and water protection. Unipro pre-insulated pipe can therefore be hung from it's outer casing thus eliminating the use of cumbersome insulated supports which are ususlly the potential points of vapour ingress. Unipro Pre insulated pipe is available in the casing of your choice utilizing any type of service pipe required.

Excellent Properties

1. The pressure tigh spiral locked seam tube or high density PE tube provides ultimate vapor barrier

2. PU foam provides very good damping properties. It reduces noise considerably.

3. The pressure tight locked seam tube or the high density PE, homogeneous and seamless tube ensures water tightness.

4. Unipro Pre Insulated pipe system can be used over wide range of temperature between -50 degree celcius up to 140 degree celcius.

5. Comply to class O rating under BS 476 part 6 and part 7

6. With compressive strenght up to 275 kpa, the insulation couple with the robust outer casing, Unipro Pre insulated pipe can hung directly on it's casing.

7. The PU Foam utilizes CGC free blowing agent
